The Digitus LC/LC duplex fiber optic adapter is used to connect two optical connectors in multimode data transmission networks. It is used in patch panels, junction boxes, and sockets where compact dimensions, stable parameters, and orderly cable system organization are important.

The adapter uses a ceramic alignment sleeve made of zirconium, which ensures precise fiber positioning. This reduces insertion loss and maintains stable signal characteristics throughout the entire service life. The duplex design allows simultaneous transmission and reception of signals.

The housing is made of durable plastic and has purple markings that correspond to the color identification of OM4 fibers. Dust caps prevent contamination of optical interfaces during transportation, storage, and installation.
