Mounting the attachment panel

The perforated part of the panel is necessary for triggering the tamper in case of an attempt to detach the detector from the surface. Do not remove it!

Fix the detector attachment panels with bundled screws. If you use other fasteners, make sure that they do not damage the panels.

The double-sided adhesive tape can be used only for temporary attachment of the detector and magnet. Over time, the tape will dry out and the detector may fall off, which may result in triggering the security system. In addition, the device may malfunction upon impact.

Put the detector on the attachment panel. As soon as the detector is installed in SmartBracket, it will blink with the LED, which means that the tamper on the detector is closed.
